Recently,at the 2008 Moscow International Automobile Salon, Mazda has announced that it will unveil its latest concept car. The theme for Mazda at the motor show is “crosswinds”.
The new concept car is a sporty, compact crossover designed especially for the Russian market and will be developed based on the new design direction called Nagare which follows the footsteps of Nagare, Ryuga, Hakaze, Taiki and Furai concept cars.
Nagare means “flow” in Japanese, represents a new approach to expressing movement in car design, taking as inspiration the flow patterns of natural elements, such as the wind.
According to Mazda, this concept SUV is designed to appeal particularly to younger SUV owners who have a strong sense of style.
