Hybrid Technologies is another company that build electric powered car. Hybrid Technologies has announced the two versions of its new supercar.The first version is powered by a standard petrol engine and lithium-ion-based hybrid while the second version purely runs on electric.
The hybrid version will participate in the Automotive X-Prize and is expected to achieve 220 mpg while the electric car is expected to achieve 150 miles to 180 miles per charge.
